The Rapid Re-housing program is instrumental in establishing or reestablishing a supportive housing environment to put homelessness behind our clients.

Rapid Re-housing quickly connects single, disabled adults experiencing homelessness to permanent housing.

We help those living on the streets or in shelters solve the practical and immediate challenges to obtaining permanent housing while reducing the amount of time they experience homelessness.

Rapid Re-housing is an important component of a community’s successful response to homelessness through access to comprehensive housing solutions.

Eighteen households served annually. We provide 100% of rent and transportation costs up to twelve months.
