The HATAS Wish List is a list of the items that many of us take for granted, but can make a huge difference in the lives of those suffering from homelessness. Many members of our community want to help through the donation of goods rather than through volunteering their time or making monetary contributions—and that’s great!
However, without firsthand experience, it can be tough to determine what goods will make the most impact. The list below is a summary of the items that are in need and greatly appreciated.
Clean winter coats
Hats and Socks
Diapers (all sizes), Diaper Wipes, and Diaper Cream
Clean, unused pajamas for children aged birth to ten
Why do we ask for toys made of wood? Our children have very little and toys made of wood are miniature works of art that are beautiful to look at and easy to clean.
HATAS collects toys and pajamas all year long and especially at the holidays.
Last year HATAS distributed over 300 sets of pajamas, 175 wood toys and 6,050 diapers to homeless and hungry families.
