Client Referrals and Shops
The Capital Region Furniture Bank is here to serve partner agencies and their clients through selection of gently-used living room, dining room, and bedroom sets. Below are some guidelines on how the program works:
- Case managers submit a completed referral form to email@example.com. Only partnering agencies can refer clients for our services.
- Case managers will be contacted to arrange a shopping date and time for their clients.
- Each agency will be granted a unique shopping code to access the online store.
- Once items are selected, our team will screen carts to ensure they adhere to guidelines.
- A delivery date will be arranged for the client.
