Client Referrals and Shopping
The Capital Region Furniture Bank is here to serve partner agencies and their clients through the selection of gently-used living room, dining room, and bedroom sets. Below are some guidelines on how the program works:
- Case managers should complete our online client referral form by clicking here. Please note, only partnering agencies can refer clients to our services. If you would like to become a partner, please complete the form linked here.
- We will contact case managers to arrange a shopping date and time for their clients.
- Each agency will receive a unique shopping code to access the online store.
- Once items are selected, our team will screen carts to ensure they adhere to guidelines.
- Delivery will be scheduled for the client.
